Walker Yancey: Birmingham, AL, multidisciplinary artist and musician

Best described as “music for people with knives,” their current work drifts through the likes of bedroom jazz, doom folk, and seance saunter. Depending on the night, the show might not even include music at all. Avoiding sound systems, and power grids in their shows they are only recently reincorporating electricity into their work.

Using LZX and Doepfer eurorack modules, this iteration will feature collaboration with Emmie Pierce, local sonic improvisor, aka sweetearthflying.
